Visit Visa for parent

  • Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am working in Kuwait at a government job for 5 years. I am not married. Several times I have invited my mother using a visit visa as my selary is 800kd and I cover all requierments. Today I went to apply for a visit visa for my mother and the manager of the immigration department sent me away rudely saying that the rules have changed and to get a visit visa for my mother I have to be married. Please tell me what is the law of getting a parent visit visa and am I allowed to my parents visit me?
