Contractor in Kuwait cheated on wife in the USA with and Philippine women she got pregnant. Contractor is a US citizen.

  • Filipino women is pregnant and friends told her of a lawyer that would be able to get a marriage certificate..even if she is pregnant. The Man is not Muslim..she converted to Muslim before they got married.... And the man didn't. The man didn't..he is still Catholic...Now he wants it Annulment but the lawyers are saying that he can't get one because she could take him to court for alimony and the Judge will see that he is not Muslim..and he could go to jail for perjury. So the only thing now he can do is file Divorce papers and hope that she doesn't want to take him to court. There is the baby involved..and he really is not sure if it is his. He asked if he could get a paternity test but the lawyers are saying that it cost to much and they don't do that there..it cold take months to years to find out if the baby is his or not. He has found out now that she will be shipping the Baby to the Philippines. In order to be able to work..She can not live in Kuwait as a single Mother... I just don't get how that how can the lawyer draw up the marriage contract knowing all this that she is pregnant out of wedlock and knowing the Man was not a Muslim...?????? How can the Lawyer draw up such a contract up knowing this... Her plan was to trap him to get money and possible way back to the USA...He married her thinking he was doing the right thing by her and the baby..He made a Big Mistake..doing it...
So does anyone know anything to help????? It's like he is screwed now. I mean its like the Lawyer should have known better not to let this happen but let it happen.. then all this mess wouldn't have happened..
Is there anyone out there that could give any advice on what to do..????? PLEASE. .
