    I live in The Netherlands, but I have no idea what you are looking for. If you're daughter is Christian, why not try to get some jewelry from an abbey or something? There are really old Dutch abbeys that are still making stuff. Shouldnt be that expensive.
    If you want a truly unique Dutch ring, not a souvenir made in China with a windmill on it, wooden clogs or cheese, try a dutch designer like Marc Lange in Alkmaar. Just dont expect that to be cheap. You can also try to get a second hand peice of jewelry. Dutch jewelry from grandparents' time usually have a particular touch to it.
