Hej, I am looking for somebody who would look to rent my appartment from September 2008, as I will leave already.
It is in Veldwezelt.. just outside of Maastricht, 15 min per bike to Maastricht Center
Apartment for Rent (45m²)
1 Living room (25 m²) with kitchen-niche
1 Bedroom (12 m²)
1 Bathroom with Toilet
Rent Euro 335,-
- including use of washing machine, TV, internet & other taxes
- Not included approx. Euro 95,- for gas & electricity/month
Further available: Parking, Garage for bikes, nice Garden
I would prefer somebody who would also be interested to take over the furniture!
