German with Nigerian wife

• Your husband is an EU national.
  He can freely move to The Netherlands.
  Once here, he can apply at the town hall for an EU residence card (costs € 30), that will be issued to him with a validity of 5 years (if he will have a job for at least 1 year).
  
  Once you are here, you can apply the same way for such a card. The only thing you have to show is your passport and your mariage certificate.
  
  If you are still in Nigeria, you should apply for a visa that will be issued free of charge.
