J'ai exactement le meme problème...

I am in the same situation...

I'm an african student in France & i plan to settle & get marry in Holland with my dutch fiancee. My french residence permit is not valid anymore... Do i have to renew it before getting married in Holland ? What are the requirements (documentations) needed for a mariage?..etc...
