BUSSINESS PROPOSAL

My name is Engineer. Hans Brain, a Director of the Contracts Award and Review Department with the SHELL PETROLEUM COMPANY HONG KONG. I am contacting you on the business involving the transfer of US$220million (Two Hundred & Twenty Million United States Dollars). Into a safe for investment purposes and the need is urgent.
SOURCE OF FUNDS:

The funds were generated through a contract that was awarded in favor of a construction company (Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd). For the refurbishment of a semi refinery in Hong Kong, the contract sum as at the time the contract was awarded amount to the tune of $800,000,000.00 (Eight Hundred Million United State Dollars) hence, I was privileged to use my position as the Director of Contract and Award Review Department to arrange with my colleague who is a prominent personnel within the shell authority and the total contract sum was over invoiced with the sum of US$220million (Two Hundred & Twenty Million United States Dollars). Nevertheless, the original contractors, has since been paid living the balance of US$220m (Two Hundred & Twenty Million United States Dollars) in our escrow account with a finance house in China where the contracts sum was deposited.
However, my major assistance required from you is to provide me with your personal information to enable me facilitate the procurement of the legal approval documents that will back your claim as the beneficiary/contractor who executed contract with our company in the time past. Thereafter, application will be made through my department (CONTRACT AWARD AND REVIEW DEPARTMENT) to the finance authority for the transfer of the above quoted sum. I will arrange with my solicitor in China to represent you at the respective offices in Hong Kong for the signing of the funds release documents on your behalf. I hereby write to solicit for your assistance and partnership in business so we can arrange and have the above quoted sum transferred in your names as the beneficiary.

Be informed that the legality and your safety in this project is 100% assured provided that you shall not take undue advantage of the trust I have bestowed in you. I assure you that I shall do everything possible to ensure that you and I are well protected in this transaction. All I require of you is total support, trust, honesty and most especially confidentiality to make the deal a success. I am equally looking up to you to assist me in investing my share in your country after the successful completion of the transfer into your designated bank account.

If this proposal is acceptable by you, I would email you with all the necessary modalities and disbursement ratio to suite both parties without any conflict. Endeavor to reach me immediately confirming your acceptance in other to enable me provide you with the Fund Management Agreement which states what each party is expected to gain and as well do to guarantee the success of this proposed partnership investment.
