If a woman is raped because she is free-minded what is the state of mind of the rapist?
You talk a lot about educated baluchis, yes there are educated baluchis, many of them but you certainly are not one of them.
RAPE IS A CRIME and there is no justification or excuse for it. Everyman is responsible and accountable for his action, here in this life and thereafter.
