Looking for a job as an En-route Air Traffic Controller

I'm 29 years old.
I'm seeking a job as an air traffic controller overseas.
I'm a qualified En-Route Air Traffic Controller with radar survellance means working in Chad, in Central Africa, since january 2005.
I have a goog knowledge of the Eurocat system and I'm ICAO level 4 in English.
I'd like to earn more money and experiment other areas.
Would you please tell me how to proceed?
