Living Cost in Oman

I,m married, I,m Indian. I have one children. I want to ask to anybody about living cost in Oman. I have read about living cost in there via website but i,m not realy clear. can anybody explain me clearly? exspecialy for food n cloths. I,m going to make a contract with a company at oman. they promised me give a benefit/facility if I join with them. I will get accomodation, health isurance, education for our children. my email [email removed] Thanks
