New Iqama issue

Dear Sir,
My name is Anoop from Indian nationality. I would like to inform you that regarding the issue of my iqama, since 7 months I am waiting fo my iqama, untill now they did not issue, because I check in one travels, they told me now 500 Riyal fine. So please give me a correct solution to solve this matter. Now I talk to our Indian Embassy, after Ramadan I will do as it is and also need to make a petion in labour court. so plese let me know sir..
