Permanent Family Visa

My family was on a permanent family visa for about 25 years. When the left Saudi Arabia for an exit and reentry visa of one year, they could not come at the time of renewal of Iqama and hence they have lost their valid visa. Now I want to apply and bring them over here. I am a government employee and my profession in the Iqama is a TYPIST. Advise me what steps I have to take in this regard.
