I am returning to SA after 20 years in the UK to set up a business in Nelspruit.There are a few ways of bypassing the "employing 5 south africans" rule. If you employ a gardener and/or a maid, get them on the company paperwork without then knowing. Its not right but everyone is doing it. The best type of business module to follow is a Closed Corporation.
