HI,need UK visa for my in laws

I am working for a software company in UK and got 2 years work permit..my in-laws want to visit us for a month.They are in India and they have plans of going to USA and France and then planning to visit me and my wife..So is it possible for me to sponsor them and what are the procedures..I've been here for the past 3 months.So can u please help me with this.
