i do not want ot give the indefenite stay to my husband...my husband has been in this country for nearly 9 mths.he has come out on a spouse visa but due to family forcing things are hard and now he is domesticly abusing,i do not want to give him the indefinite stay so who makes the decision at the end of the two years my family or me,or is it entirely up to the husban plz hlp
