need someone advise

hello there,

I am a filipina and marriage an english guy we have a church wedding here in the philippines and i apply for a spouse visa last march but my application was denied and we decided to make an appeal the AIT sent me a leeter saying the decision would ne in sept.10 what i want to know is anybody can give me an idea if i can the spouse visa coz we believe that the decision they make before is really a mistake coz we all submit all the documents they asked for but they didn't give me a chance for an interview coz i believe if they gave me an interview i can explain the reason coz the reason why they denied me is my sponsor letter is incomplte and their saying my husband is not capable to support me but he sending me money weekly here in the philippines that's why i am very comfused about their decision please help me and give me some advise i really miss my husband i am very disappointed of their desicion... many thank's hope can here someone concern
