spouse of EEA citizen

  • hi,
i am a pakistani passport holder and am married to a norwegian citizen whi works in UK. i initially went to norway in 2005 and spent six months there. my husband used to work in uk before our marriage then he moved to norway and worked there for some time and sponsored me, in 2005 he came back to uk. i joined him by obtaining EEA spouse visa from British High Commission oslo norway. after a year i embarked on a study course and obtained a student visa. now i want to live and work in uk permenantly. i have the right to apply for EEA family permitt under EEA law. i want to know that as i have lived in the uk with my husband for 3 years and we have been married for 4 years, can i apply for EEA family permenant residence?. i had permenant residence in norway but before stamping the indefinite leave to remain , norwegain immigration authorities advised us to seek non-EEA family member of EEA citizen in the uk. please advice me accordingly. my husband has been self employed. what documents do we need to present as proof of his employement? thanks
