Our relocation specialists will identify with the relocating family their specific needs based on the corporations policy and their personal preferences. For families with school-aged children the school search element of our service is integrated in to this pre trip discussion to ensure that the home search is completed with schooling in mind
Arrival briefing
The HIBOO ([email removed]) nominated relocation specialist will meet with the family upon arrival and review the pre-selected requirements. We will provide the family with:
• An overview of the region.
• Area maps, transport routes and local guides.
• A list of questions/considerations to be used as a guide to the tour to provide feedback from other expatriates relevant to local area advantages.
Orientation tour
This is intended to provide sufficient area knowledge to enable the assignee and their family to choose an area that would meet all their requirements.
Accompanied tour and overview of chosen areas to include:
• Transport
• Local amenities, Hospitals and medical provision
• Commute to schools/place of work
• Shopping
• Provide maps of chosen areas
• Advice on housing costs including bills
• Provide general information on living in the UK
• Visit potential housing
• School visit if applicable/requested
Determine final location with regards to workplace, schools and amenities.
Visa and immigration

Furniture rental

This service is coordinated with home search and removal services to ensure the relocating family can settle in to their new home as quickly as possible. By eliminating costly hotel and per diem expenses, furniture rental services provide a valuable option to both the family and sponsoring company.
Our suppliers have a wide range of styles and quality of furniture to meet every need and budget. An assessment of t he family's likely needs in this regard is made during the home search programme.
Trailing partner programme
This service is designed to maximize the opportunities for the trailing partner during the expatriate assignment. Our consultants will identify the career and life goals of the trailing partner to determine what local opportunities might exist given the local employment law. Where working locally is not an option we can assist with:

School search
This program will provide information and help with evaluating the Educational provision in their chosen area including state independent and International schools. Our in-house Educational Consultant will advice on the different types of schools, curriculum and examination system.

Home search
Our comprehensive approach to home search begins with a detailed counselling call with one of our relocation specialists. Everything about our service is built around a philosophy of high touch customer service based on our ability to customize services for every unique family and circumstance. Our menu of services includes:
• Detailed analysis of housing requirements
• Coordination of temporary living accommodation
• Preparation of the Accompanied viewing days
• The Assignee will be given a map of the area, itinerary for the days, Guide to the country and questions and any other information requested by the assignee
• Lease negotiations
• Preparing the Tenancy agreement
• To represent the assignee at the check-in inventory
• Home purchase assistance where required
• Transfer of utilities into assignee's name, in some countries the relocation companies can only give advice and assistance on setting up the utility accounts and telephone/internet applications.
• On the day of moving-in the assignees are given a Neighbourhood guide containing local information on doctors, dentist and other local information
• Advice on registering any local property taxes, if applicable
• Organising furniture rental, if required
Departure service
Our departure programme is designed to allow the transferee and family to exit their property as quickly and smoothly as possible. The components of our programme include:
Lease termination
On behalf of your employees, we will interact with the real estate agent and/or landlord to terminate the lease.
Inspection of property/deposit return
We will accompany the inspection of property to be vacated with the agent and arrange the return of any deposits made by the employee or company. We can also coordinate the return of any furniture rental pieces.
Mail forwarding
Mail forwarding can be arranged for all post.
De-registration
If necessary, we will assist with the de-registration procedures with the appropriate local government authorities.
