german women racists? NOPE!

• ok, latino man: maybe i can help explaining why it might seem to you,that german women are racists.
  i am of mixed heritage (latina/german) and have been brought up here in germany with both cultures.
  first of all, it is not true that there is only a very small amount of interracial couples. in the big cities there is a large amount. it might be different in smaller cities or in bavaria but go to berlin, go to hamburg. german women date turkish men, black men, asian men and you see them happily holding hands walking down the streets BUT these are mostly men that have been brought up here, too. the german way of life and culture is very different from a latino way of life and in day to day life after the phase of the BIG LOVE is over you notice the incompatibility.of course there are always exceptions but as you and i very well know, must of the latino men are machos and have a different understanding on how a female should behave.and being a self-confident independent german woman how is that supposed to work i ask you? of course you will think twice before you throw yourself in a relationship with a man who obviously has a different understanding on how a woman should be.
  so the main issue is not, that women are racists here but that different cultures not always go very well together in day to day life and the more understanding you have for the other culture the better the relationship works. and plus, one big thing that i noticed with latino men: if they are from latin america they often do the "sweet talk" to flirt to german women here that the latinas like but to many german women that special latino sweet talk, that the latina women love just sounds CHEEZY to them. when my cousins come over to visit i always have to tell them to slow it down and be more subtle and once they started listening, the dating started.
