Don't get your hopes too high!

• Keep applying for jobs and try your luck. There is no other way. The economic situation is not good here. So, to get a job is difficult. If you get an offer in US or the UK, jump immediately.
  
  Try 'Zeitarbeit' companies. Dont listen to President or the great Foreign Minister Fischer. They lie as far as the requirements in IT are concerned.
  
  And I am sure that under difficult economic situations, the nationalistic tendencies of employers is coming out to fore. They would anyday prefer a German than any other national. An 'ausländer' will not be preferred till he offers something exceedingly more than a local German.
