Desperate for a Work Visa

• Getting a job in Germany without knowing German is definitely difficult. I am trying to learn but it has been my experience that you don't really learn a language until you live in a country it is spoken. At any rate, would anyone know where I can apply for language schools to teach English? I am actually a freelance instructor for Inlingua, although if truth be told I haven't taught that many classes.
  
  I will do whatever it takes so I can move to Berlin. My qualifications are actually pretty good, my down fall is that I don't speak German and I'm not an EU citizen.
  
  Can anyone give me some advise on how to proceed?
