dependent visa

i am with my husband on dependent visa(UK), because of some serious personal reason i want to work in different place , but in same country. can my husband go to the embassy and say that since we are staying seperately , i want her to go back to country. i have already completed 2 years and my visa is already stamped 5 more years.please advise
