Looking for a job

Hello!
I stayed in the UK in the last year. I'v been learning English lenguage for 3 monthes. I really liked everything: students life, amazing Newcastle city, different places we looked over the UK, style of life. I's trying to find a job while i was staying there. It was not easy as i needed a work permission as i'm from Russia. At present i'd like to work in the UK for some monthes, to improve my English lenguage and get some more experience as well, so any kind of job temporary as well would be ok.
If anybody has any idea how to reach my purpose i'd be really very appriciate.
I'm 43, activ, professional in financial field, bugetting, preparing financial reports, analizing results, but could work in any other field as well.
