I am Leaving in saudia arab since 15 years i have apply to a company for the job.i have worked their as salesman for last 11 years.but recently i had some troyble in my accounts which i have cleared the GM has terminated me without any notification or memo.8 months i just simply at home and the salary is also nnot due the were sending the salary.but in this month the stopped the salary without giving me the termination memo so how can i procedd to labour court for this case and i want my dues + nakal kafala Because the visa is mine and i have transfer it to the comapany.please give me some suggestion i am in need for help
