Need permenant family visa

I am working in an Oil Company in KSA . To bring my family here, I have received Yellow visa slip from my employer about family resident visa. I am now sending the visa slip and required docs. to my home country, Pakistan.

Dear Expats guru, I want to know only one thing that after Visa stamping from Saudi embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan, for how much period/months this family resident visa is valid.
In fact, i am going to annual leave in October,2008 and I am planning to return to KSA in first week of november 2008 alongwith my family.
Therefore, I need this info about visa validity after stamping so that my family can accompany me on my way back.
In case, the visa after stamping gets expired due to some reason that one cannot travel; then what is procedure to validate it.

I am an Indian working last 12 years in Saudi Arabia, now I have got an another good offer in an another company.So I am planning to go on exit and come back.As per the new Saudi Law, NOC is not required to process the visa in India to come back to Saudi again. As I received the infromation from our Goverment Relation Dept, saying that; if I come back on another visa, the previous empoyer has the right to complaint to the labour office and they can force the new employer to sent me on EXIT again, is it true...kindly advise on this subject.

Dear Sir,
1).Once the amount deposited for issuance of family visa in Riyadh Bank is debited, is it a guarantee that the visa is issued??

2).can we check by the Iqama No. only that the visa is issued or not?? kindly provide the related website

3).Once a family visa is issued and before stamping a newly born baby is to be added in then what will be the procedure

4).If the sponsors passport expires before stamping the family visa will it effect in stamping visa

U can take a letter from your present employer stating your present salary, position in the co. and the reason you want to bring ur mother to KSA and fill in the form which u get from the immigration department and submit it with the fees.
Note : Reason to be mentioned in the letter is "that you are the only child of your parents and there is nobody to look after them in the home country".
Usually the Immigration dept. will easily issue a visa for ur mother only and not for ur father as he is a male and take good care of himself if he is staying alone also.
