How do i apply for the a Health Insurance.

I am in Ghana, and i have gain admission to Hoge University College and i will be offering E&EAS to BBA. I am apply for visa in my home country but the requirement demands that i should get a health insurance.
I will have financial assistant from my father in Nerthelands. Can get myself insured through his accounts before my arrival?
