• Hi Nathalie, I'm sure u got your answer long time ago.. Everyone has a say.. Me, well trying to get out. U just gonna visit.. not live here so it's fine! i know, i know this country well, i loved it, i was born here, but it changed for alot of people but i woke up in July 2008 With a gun digging into my cheek at my own home! I was one of those who wanted to make it work! But my country let me down, people let each other down. South Africa is beautifull, but at the sametime ugly. I will recomend that u come with a group, dont bring nice jewelry or alot of stuff, dont travel at night, and check that the doors are ALWAYS locked. Dont trust anyone or ask anything on the streets, get pepperspray, let your friends and family know where u gonna be at at all times. 10111 is the police number. Check out the tours, they are safe, just dont do things alone. Cheers
