NUKE THEM. Srsly why not? Nuke Africa and the middle east. Who needs them? No one of importance is dependant on them and no one will miss them. Nuking is the answer to these racist problems. With no people there's no racism, simple as that. Also say godbye to most of the AIDS, and general poverty that is sucking off the modern world. Make peace through annihilation.
