Fiancee visa/holiday working visa/tourist visa for IRELAND

PLEASE HELP ME. I AM AN INDIAN. MY boyfriend HAS GONE TO IRELAND ON A WORK PERMIT last 3years can i apply for a finacee visa to stay for year times as we are planning for marriage next year.
How soon can i go? so as to stay for a longer duration ? which visa is most Apt for my case;please help at the earliest
