  • Hi I have read all ur messages and to be honest i know exactly how u all feel . I have a 13 yrs old daughter whos father came to visit her in january and was assessed for a family visa but was issued a holiday visa and when we enquiered in the justice offices in dublin he was told to return to his own country and apply for the appropriate visa to reside , and when u apply u are told u have not met the requirements and when u ask what the requierments are they tell u to look up on the web which do not give out all the details . I was told originally to apply under defacto and when i did i was told proof of our relationship was not warranted , i have a 13 yrs old child with this man what else do they want .
