moving to kuwait

• Hi all!
  
  I am a mother of 2 4 and 3 months and stepmother of 2 8 and 9. I am planning to move with 2 of my 4 kids (stepkids) and get a job in Kuwait. Does anyone have any recommendations for me I am planning to work full time and continue my degree as part time in Kuwait University. How that works do i need permit from my employer? I do have an Associate degree in Internatinal Management and Finance and a certificate in Paralegal both from recognize USA college 9City University of New York). How is the job market there i dont have to much work experience at least 3 years experience in a family based business. I need advise i love the gulf i been in UAE, oman, bahrain and egypt before and planning this summer go to yemen where is my husband from to take arabic classes. I speak english, spanish and basic french and soon basic arabic.
