I don't know if you are still checking this forum, but I am going through the same process that you are and thought maybe we could help each other out. I too am stuck on the notorial contract part... how did you get yours drawn up? who wrote it and what did it say? I'd really be grateful of any help you can give me on this part, and maybe I can return the favour by helping you if you get stuck on any of the bits I have already completed.
